Job summary

IndiaMART is seeking a senior Sales HR lead to steer HR activities for the sales region. You will develop aligned HR strategies, manage performance and development, and partner with regional leaders to ensure talent readiness and strategic workforce planning.

You will drive hiring to meet AOP manpower targets, deliver sales-focused learning, and foster engagement, retention, and a high-performance culture across the sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional hiring to ensure >90% Manpower Available as per defined AOP; drive performance reviews and PIPs.
• Identify capability gaps and implement learning and leadership development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and promote a fair, inclusive, high-performance environment.
• Drive HR process improvements, automation, and operational excellence to enhance service delivery.
