Job summary

IndiaMART in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced HR lead to manage all HR activities for the sales function in the region. You will design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and sales goals, and coach leaders on talent and workforce planning.

You will partner with sales leadership to identify talent requirements, drive recruitment, oversee performance management, employee development and training, and ensure branch administration, hygiene, and compliance with employment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Fluency in the regional language is mandatory.
• MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
• Consistent academic record with 90%+ marks in Class X and XII.
