Job summary

Greenlam Industries in Chennai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for the South region and align hiring with business goals.

You will partner with business leaders, manage manpower planning, and lead PMS activities, goal setting, reviews, and talent discussions.

Additionally, you will lead employee engagement initiatives, ensure smooth lifecycle processes, and provide analytics to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Experience in HRBP activities and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to drive PMS, goal setting, and reviews.
• Experience in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee relations.

• Manage end-to-end hiring for the South region with timely closures.
