Job summary

MBL Infrastructure Ltd in Delhi is seeking an experienced Recruitment lead to manage end-to-end hiring for construction sites and corporate offices.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and portals, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate background checks and finalize offers in line with company policy, while maintaining meticulous recruitment records.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Construction Sites & Corporate Office
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification
• Prepare salary fitments, CTC comparisons, and offer proposals as per company policies
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate database, and hiring documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• BBA/BBM/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
• 5+ years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Experience of hiring for Highway Construction/Infrastructure projects is a must
• Hands-on experience with Naukri job portal & LinkedIn
• Strong communication, social and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and computers
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work within deadlines
