Job summary

LSC Infratech is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across PAN India, from sourcing to onboarding. The role involves leading recruitment across multiple functions, building pipelines, and driving bulk hiring while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years in Talent Acquisition, with an MBA/PGDM in HR and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• MBA/PGDM in HR / equivalent preferred.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Experience handling recruitment across multiple functions and PAN India locations.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment consultants and other sourcing channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination with hiring managers/business teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle stakeholder coordination and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Support and guide the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
• Drive bulk/volume hiring and blue-collar recruitment requirements where applicable.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.


• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.


• Experience handling recruitment across multiple functions and PAN India locations.


• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment consultants and other sourcing channels.


• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills with hiring managers/business teams.


• Experience in MIS, recruitment reporting, hiring metrics and target-based recruitment.


• Candidates with experience in Non-IT Recruitment Consultancy, Manufacturing, Mining, Hydro, Road Construction (NHAI), Cement, Steel, Sugar, Paper, or similar industries will be preferred.


• Experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring will be an added advantage.


• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and team-management skills.


• Should be comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.


• Willingness to work from Delhi / Dehradun / Rudrapur, as applicable to the position.
