Applicants should have 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience, with a track record in non-IT hiring and solid stakeholder management. BFSI recruitment background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months–3 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring).
• Experience in high-volume and sales hiring environments.
• Background in BFSI recruitment preferred.
• Good stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk and sales hiring mandates.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and vendor partnerships.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle large volumes of hiring within tight deadlines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job specs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Internal - HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hiring for non-IT positions, particularly in high-volume and sales-driven environments.
