Gigflex Pvt Ltd., part of the 2Coms Group, is seeking an internal HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales roles. The role focuses on non-IT hiring, high-volume environments, and BFSI recruitment background is preferred.

You will source candidates through portals, social media, referrals and vendor partnerships, screen and coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining data and reports for hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 6 months–3 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring).
• Experience with bulk and sales hiring.
• Good stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk and sales hiring mandates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor partnerships.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle large volumes of hiring within tight deadlines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
