Job summary

Gigflex Pvt Ltd, part of the 2Coms Group, is seeking an Internal HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales roles. The ideal candidate has experience in non-IT hiring, high-volume environments, and BFSI recruitment is a plus.

You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, build a strong pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6 months–3 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring).
• Proven experience in bulk hiring and sales hiring.
• Strong sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk and sales hiring mandates.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals and vendor partnerships.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle large volumes of hiring within tight deadlines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Internal - HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hiring for non-IT positions, particularly in high-volume and sales-driven environments. Candidates with a background in BFSI recruitment will be preferred .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk and sales hiring mandates
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor partnerships
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Handle large volumes of hiring within tight deadlines
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job specifications
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports

Requirements

6 months–3 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring)

• Proven experience in bulk hiring and sales hiring
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Good stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in BFSI recruitment will be an added advantage
