Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring: Collaborate with clients to understand strategic talent needs and manage end-to-end recruitment for Mid to senior and critical positions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent engagement and satisfaction.
• Account Growth: Cultivate existing accounts by identifying cross-selling opportunities and ensuring repeat business.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery for client mandates.
