A leading insurance marketplace in India is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process for Agent and Sales Hiring. The successful candidate will source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Ideal applicants should have experience in bulk hiring, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic Excel skills. Qualifications

• Experience in bulk hiring or BPO/Sales hiring is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and hiring MIS.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end hiring and onboarding for Agent Hiring / Sales Hiring.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, field sourcing, networking, and social media.

• Stakeholder management with internal teams and department leads.

• Maintaining daily MIS reports, hiring trackers, and dashboards.
• Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
