Job summary

easyA - Recruitment made easy is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our delivery team, focusing on professional and non-IT recruitment for the Australian market.

You will manage the full lifecycle, partnering with Australian clients and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across industries.

Office timings are 4 AM – 1 PM, Monday to Friday, with 100% work from office in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working with a recruitment consultancy or recruitment agency.
• Proven track record in Australian recruitment and knowledge of the local job market.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience using social media for recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Indeed and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and assess applications against client requirements.
• Conduct detailed telephone interviews to evaluate technical capability, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidate profiles and present suitable shortlists to clients.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing delivery team, focusing on professional and non-IT recruitment for the Australian market.

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with Australian clients and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across a broad range of industries and professions.

• Office Timings: 4 AM – 1 PM, Monday to Friday (100% work from office)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Indeed and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and assess applications against client requirements.

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and takes pride in finding the right candidate rather than simply filling vacancies. You will also have:

• 4+ years of experience working with a recruitment consultancy or recruitment agency
• A proven track record in Australian recruitment is a big plus. Your understanding of the local job market will be a valuable asset.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in using social media for recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, etc.)
• Must be results-driven and passionate about connecting candidates and clients.
• Work directly with Australian clients and candidates.
