Job summary

Diksha Technologies Limited is seeking an IT Recruiter with strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and client-facing recruitment experience in Bengaluru. You will identify, screen and engage IT/tech candidates for APAC clients, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, and a proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced agency or consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Very good hands-on experience with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong experience in sourcing and screening IT/Technology candidates.
• APAC recruitment experience is a strong plus.
• Must have client-facing recruitment experience.
• Agency / staffing / consulting recruitment experience preferred — not in-house hiring.
• Good understanding of technical requirements and candidate evaluation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
