Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj in Vadodara, India, is seeking a high-energy Recruitment Team Leader to drive delivery, mentor recruiters and own revenue growth.

You will lead a team responsible for leadership, senior and critical hires across IT and non-IT, ensure quality over quantity, and maintain strict process adherence with clients and internal teams.

• 510 years of recruitment experience
• Experience managing a recruitment team and handling senior/leadership mandates
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening and candidate evaluation
• Ownership of roles and delivery, not just activity

• Strong process orientation and ability to bring discipline to the team
• Comfortable handling IT and non-IT mandates
