Job summary

Kindle Hr is seeking a target-driven Recruitment Manager to spearhead a team of Recruiters in Mumbai. You will drive performance, set clear targets, monitor activity and ensure monthly hiring closures are met with high quality hires.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of recruitment experience, including leadership exposure, with strong communication and coaching skills to uplift team performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience with at least 1 year in a team leadership/management role.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment targets and a team of recruiters.
• Strong leadership, coaching, training and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Recruitment Manager to lead a team of Recruiters. The person will be responsible for driving individual recruiter performance and ensuring the team consistently achieves its monthly recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Recruiters.
• Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly targets for each recruiter.
• Take complete ownership of team targets and overall recruitment performance.
• Monitor daily productivity, candidate pipeline, interviews, offers, and closures.
• Identify performance gaps and take immediate corrective action.
• Coach and guide recruiters to improve sourcing, follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
• Train and onboard new recruiters, ensuring they understand recruitment processes, tools, targets, and performance expectations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to new joiners until they become productive.
• Ensure each team member consistently achieves their individual targets.
• Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly hiring/closure targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain accountability.
• Maintain daily/weekly performance reports and track progress against targets.
• Support the team in closing difficult positions and improving conversion ratios.

Candidate Profile
