Job summary

The HIRD in Indore is seeking a Manager Recruiter to lead high-volume sourcing, screening, and closing of candidates for HR roles. You will manage interviews, collaborate with clients, and drive end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced office setting.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You should be a team player capable of headhunting and handling multiple job portals and social media recruiting.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication in both written & verbal.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interview, selection and closing processes.
• High volume calling responsibilities and candidate screening.
• Heavy sourcing/headhunting via job portals and social media.
• Maintain internal databases and candidate records.
• Coordinate with clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
