Job summary

Hey Recruiting is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for international clients from India. You will source candidates, conduct screens, and guide candidates from first conversation to signed offers, aligning with UK and EU timelines on a remote schedule.

The role demands strong sourcing, communication, and multi-role management. The position offers exposure to international markets, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative remote-first team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
• Proven record of filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable working with international clients and across time zones.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple open roles at once.
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability for the full 11 AM-7 PM IST shift.

Responsibilities

• Partner with international clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Source candidates across India through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Write and post compelling job descriptions and outreach messages
• Screen applicants by phone and video to assess skills, communication, motivation, and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews across time zones, gather client feedback, and keep candidates informed at every stage
• Manage the pipeline in our ATS and keep records accurate and current
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, and support candidates through onboarding
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rate

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Recruiter to manage the hiring process end to end for our international clients. You'll source candidates in India, run screens, and guide people from first conversation to signed offer. The 11 AM-7 PM IST schedule gives you strong overlap with clients in the UK and EU, and with candidates who are available later in the day.
