Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leadership recruitment assignments across various industries (Non-Tech).
• Handle client management and key account management directly.
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates through screening, interviews, and managing the joining process.
• Utilize technology, Google, LinkedIn, and social media for talent search and mapping.
• Conduct data mining and research on target industries and companies.
• Understand client job roles, talent needs, and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with candidates.
• Meet performance metrics as defined by the Practice Leader/Principal Consultant.
