Job summary

Employvision Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Domestic Recruitment & Client Management professional with 10–12 years in the Indian staffing industry. You will be a hands-on recruiter handling MSP/VMS hiring programs and SAP Fieldglass, while developing new client relationships.

The role requires managing end-to-end domestic recruitment for enterprise clients, coordinating sourcing, screenings, interviews, SLAs, and driving both delivery and business growth.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in domestic recruitment/staffing.
• Strong hands-on recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in client management and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS hiring models.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS platforms.

Responsibilities
