• Assist in recruitment activities across IT, non-IT, BFSI, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and other industries.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and job preferences.
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with clients to understand job vacancies, hiring requirements, and candidate expectations.
• Support bulk hiring, permanent staffing, and contract staffing activities.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and placement records.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, joining formalities.

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and placement activities across multiple industries, including IT, ITES, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, and other sectors.

• Assist in recruitment activities across IT, non-IT, BFSI, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and other industries.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and job preferences.
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with clients to understand job vacancies, hiring requirements, and candidate expectations.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, and joining formalities.
• Assist in organizing recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and campus placement activities.
• Support onboarding documentation and candidate verification processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and placement reports.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates, clients, and internal recruitment teams.
• Work toward assigned recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and a positive hiring experience.

Required Skills
