Job summary

• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and process training.
• Maintain HR documentation, MIS, and employee records.
• Plan and execute Employee Engagement and R&R initiatives.
• Conduct Industry Mapping and Competitor Mapping to identify opportunities.
