Job summary

Trinity Workforce Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Recruitment Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) to build partnerships with colleges and institutions for a test-center network. You will engage potential partners, guide them through discovery, contracting, and onboarding, while reporting progress via Salesforce.

The role requires global coordination with channels and readiness teams. Responsibilities include pipeline development, contract closing, and facilitating partner applications.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in cold calling, sales recruiting or business development.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify test center operators through research and cold calls.
• Close contracts and secure new partners using sales skills.
• Understand technical/infrastructure requirements to field questions.
• Track site progress using Salesforce.com and report to management.
• Assist the Global Recruitment team and provide process improvements.
• Train contracted site staff on processes and workflows.

Role : Recruitment Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

Type : Work From Home (prefer candidate based in KL/Selangor only)

Salary package : MYR 4K – 5K (based on experience and skills)

Language Allowance MYR 800

Shift Allowance MYR 400

WFH allowance MYR150 monthly

Working hours : Follow MY Public Holidays.

Following EMEA (start around: 4pm/5pm – 1am/2am MYT) & US (start time: 8pm / 9pm – 5am / 6am MYT) – details working hours will be shared by hiring manager weekly upon joining.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Channel Partner Recruiter, you will be creating new business partnerships with colleges, universities, and commercial institutions to operate a test center. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging new partner opportunities andf then shepherd the relationship through the discovery process, contract signing and the on-boarding phase. Your activities will be supported using Salesforce.com which will allow you to develop accurate and timely reports to senior management that highlight the contributions you are delivering to success. This multi-faceted role will work with Sales Recruitment, Channel Operations and Readiness to help ensure professional testing centers are introduced to the network.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and qualify through research and cold calling potential test center operators within designated markets.
• Utilize sales and marketing skills to help close contracts and secure new partners.
• Be proficient in technical and infrastructure requirements to field questions.
• Track and report site progress through use of Salesforce.com.
• Qualify opportunities to progress to contracting phase.
• Process potential partner applications according to established metrics.
• Provide process improvement suggestions.
• Assist rest of Global Recruitment team as requested by Channel Manager.
• Provide instruction to contracted site staff for process flow.
• Assist operational team with test center staff training.
• Technical aptitude with willingness and ability to follow given instruction.
• Be proficient in public speaking and train the train model of support.
• Have strong organizational and time management skills.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate
• 3-5 years of related experience (cold calling, sales recruiting, business development, etc.)
• Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills along with basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Language: English and Mandarin (Mandatory)
