Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a technical recruiter who can read, write and speak Mandarin to lead IT hiring for the Taiwan region with 3-5 years of experience. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, including embedded skillsets, while coordinating with stakeholders and promoting the company as a top employer.

You will design recruitment strategies, craft job descriptions, manage candidate relationships, and deliver analytics-driven reports to the team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring and corporate recruiting.
• Mandatory experience in hiring for the Taiwan region.

• Assess candidate experience and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees and integrate them.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical, well-documented recruiting reports.
• Be a point of contact and build candidate relationships.
• Promote the company as a top place to work.
• IT, bulk, and niche hiring are must-haves.
