What would you do

Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions/orders, including demand intake, sourcing, application screening, candidate discovery, ATS/VMS submissions, interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff; ensure SLA adherence on time-to-submit, conversion, responsiveness, and compliance. Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission‑critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

What are we looking for
  • Graduate Degree
  • Relevant experience into full lifecycle recruiting (US staffing)
  • Recruiting must have US staffing experience along with other mandatory skills.
  • Meets the sourcing criteria within the standard compensation bracket for the role; basic communication skills to be put through for written assessment.
  • Nearer to the target on skill/knowledge required should be put on hold and considered again depending on the available pipeline to meet hiring targets.
  • Needs to fit the role requirement but above the standard compensation offered should be referred to delivery/transition lead for decision.
  • Full lifecycle recruiting order management.
  • Sourcing screening (active + passive).
  • ATS/VMS tools (e.g., Bullhorn; VMS portals).
  • Stakeholder candidate communication.
  • US hiring/staffing exposure.
  • Technical assessment screening capability.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage designated orders; align requirements, priorities, and updates with hiring teams.
  • Manage assigned requisitions/orders; align requirements, priorities, and updates with hiring teams.
  • Source candidates across channels and build pipelines for prioritized profiles (active + passive).
  • Screen applications and conduct discovery discussions to assess fitness, readiness, and basic compliance.
  • Prepare and share shortlisted candidate profiles with the hiring team through ATS/VMS.
  • Drive feedback loops, candidate communication, and offer coordination; trigger onboarding handoff.
  • Own talent‑care responsibilities including associate engagement management, assignment oversight, and periodic associate/consultant check‑ins once deployed on assignment.
  • Conduct technical screening and assessments for roles and positions, as applicable.

WFO; comfortable with US shift coverage as business requires.
