Job summary

Accenture in India is hiring a Recruiting Associate to own end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions, including demand intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding handoff. You will coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure time-to-submit and compliance SLAs are met.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with US staffing exposure and strong familiarity with ATS/VMS tools like Bullhorn. This role follows WFO with US shift coverage as required.

Qualifications

  • Full lifecycle recruiting (US staffing) and recruiting experience.
  • US staffing experience along with other mandatory skills.
  • Sourcing criteria & within standard compensation bracket; basic written communication assessed.
  • Near-term focus on pipeline to meet hiring targets; escalate above-standard offers to delivery.
  • Must manage orders, align requirements with hiring teams, and build candidate pipelines.
  • Screen applications and conduct discovery discussions to assess fitness and compliance.
  • Share shortlisted profiles with hiring teams via ATS/VMS; drive feedback and onboarding handoff.
  • Do both recruiting and onboarding activities; ensure talent-care and engagement on assignments.

What would you do?

Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions/orders, including demand intake, sourcing, application screening, candidate discovery, ATS/VMS submissions, interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff; ensure SLA adherence on time-to-submit, conversion, responsiveness, and compliance. Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

What are we looking for?

Education: Graduate Degree Relevant experience into

  • Full lifecycle recruiting (US staffing) and recruiting experience
  • US staffing experience along with the other mandatory skills.
  • Sourcing criteria & within the standard compensation bracket for the role; basic communication skills to be put through for written assessment.
  • Nearer to the target on skill/knowledge required should be put on hold and considered again depending on the available pipeline to meet hiring targets.
  • Need to fit the role requirement but above the standard compensation offered should be referred to delivery/transition lead for decision.
