Responsibilities include direct sourcing, market mapping, stakeholder collaboration, and salary negotiations to build pipelines for niche technology talent across the US region.

• Ensure hiring SLAs and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.

About the Role

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle.
