Job summary

HCLTech is seeking experienced Talent Acquisition professionals for US IT hiring based out of Noida with EST shift. This IC role involves end-to-end recruitment, direct sourcing, and partnering with hiring managers to fill niche technology roles.

You will maintain dashboards, deliver timely hiring, negotiate offers, and ensure SLAs while building candidate pipelines across US regions.

About the Role

HCLTech is looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to support strategic hiring across the US region. We are seeking strong recruiters with deep direct sourcing expertise and a proven track record for hiring niche technology talent. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions.
• Drive direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical skills.
