Job summary

Updater Services (UDS) in Chennai seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for Electrical, Mechanical and other technical roles. You will source candidates through portals, social media, referrals and networking, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.

You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panels and help close vacancies on schedule. You will maintain candidate databases, negotiate offers, and build a strong pipeline of technical talent
