Job summary

Spectrum Talent Management is seeking a skilled recruiter to proactively source and screen candidates for open roles in a fast-paced environment. You will manage high-volume recruitment, ensure timely closure within stated TAT, and tailor candidate screening to role-specific requirements.

The role requires strong communication, understanding of technical requirements, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of strong sourcing skills and a basic understanding of technical concepts to conduct effective initial screening.
• Ability to understand job profiles, technical requirements, and identify relevant candidates.
• Experience in and willingness to work on contractual hiring positions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the team, maintain a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
