Wisecor Services in Thane West is seeking a Recruiter / Team Leader with 4-6 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT hiring. This role requires hands-on sourcing, team leadership, and strong stakeholder coordination.

You will drive daily recruitment activities, coordinate interviews and offers, and manage recruitment MIS across multiple clients. The position is office-based in Thane West with a focus on delivering results.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of recruitment experience.
• Team handling experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.
• Recruitment consultancy experience preferred.
