Job summary

WESTH Consulting - A Finovest Group Company Kerala seeks a Recruiter (International Recruitment Consultant) to source, screen, and place candidates for overseas job orders across engineering, healthcare, IT, and hospitality.

You will conduct interviews, prepare candidate profiles and submission reports, coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, and guide candidates on visa and pre-departure formalities while maintaining CRM updates in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline + MBA/PGDBM/MA/MSW in HR preferred
• 2 - 5 years in recruitment (Preferred overseas recruitment experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, and basic Excel
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), databases, and referrals for international roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess technical and behavioural fit.
• Prepare candidate profiles, shortlists, and submission reports for clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and negotiate offers in alignment with client budgets.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update CRM/ATS with accurate status and notes.
• Guide candidates on visa documentation, medical tests, and pre-departure formalities (as applicable).
