Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter in Mumbai to source and screen candidates for niche IT roles. You will partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand staffing needs and execute end-to-end recruitment using advanced sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is a self-starter, and holds a Bachelor’s degree. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards is a plus in a fast-paced contract staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for specialized IT roles.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

We're seeking a dynamic and technically proficient IT Recruiter who excels at sourcing candidates for niche IT roles within contract staffing environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, solid knowledge of IT skillsets, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for specialized IT roles across technologies such as Cloud, AIML,DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Java stacks, Salesforce etc
• Partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand staffing requirements
• Use advanced sourcing strategies via social media, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions
