Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to source candidates for contract staffing across Cloud, AIML, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Java stacks, Salesforce and more.

You will partner with account managers, utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, and manage end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or technical background is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with proactive approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen candidates for specialized IT roles across Cloud, AIML, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Java, Salesforce, etc.
• Partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand staffing requirements.
• Use advanced sourcing strategies via social media, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling and offers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

We're seeking a dynamic and technically proficient IT Recruiter who excels at sourcing candidates for niche IT roles within contract staffing environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, solid knowledge of IT skillsets, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for specialized IT roles across technologies such as Cloud, AIML,DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Java stacks, Salesforce etc
• Partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand staffing requirements
• Use advanced sourcing strategies via social media, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or Technical education background is a plus
