Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to source candidates for niche IT roles within contract staffing environments in Delhi.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, sourcing across Cloud, AIML, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Java stacks, Salesforce, and related technologies. You will partner with account managers to understand staffing needs, use Boolean search and social media for proactive sourcing, and manage end-to-end recruitment from scheduling to offers.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with proactive approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or technical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for specialized IT roles across technologies such as Cloud, AIML, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Java stacks, Salesforce etc.
• Partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand staffing requirements.
• Use advanced sourcing strategies via social media, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
