Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a dynamic IT Recruiter skilled in sourcing niche IT roles within contract staffing. Strong communication and independent collaboration in a fast-paced environment are essential.

You will source and screen candidates across Cloud, AIML, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Java, Salesforce, coordinate with account managers, and manage end-to-end recruitment.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate databases, and delivering timely closures will be highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or Technical education background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for specialized IT roles across technologies such as Cloud, AIML, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Java stacks, Salesforce etc.
• Partner with account managers and delivery leads to understand staffing requirements.
• Use advanced sourcing strategies via social media, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
