The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics while building a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of recruitment experience across pharma/nutraceutical sectors.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment across corporate and plant functions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate compensation within approved salary budgets.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and hiring reports.
• Ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT and targets.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and evaluate agency performance.
• Support employer branding and campus/fresher recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, API, will be preferred.
• Experience in recruiting for both corporate and plant-level positions is an advantage.
