Job summary

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Gurgaon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with 4–5 years of experience to lead end-to-end pharma recruitment, including MR/PSR and managerial roles. Qualifications

• 4–5 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably pharma.
• Strong MR/PSR and pharma sales hiring experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
• Knowledge of Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and high-volume targets.
• Strong follow-up and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharma sales roles.
• Drive high-volume hiring of 25-30 MR/PSR per month.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and social channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, location, CTC, and background.
• Coordinate interviews with AM/RM/ZM/Business Heads.
• Manage sourcing, offers, joining, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
• Handle negotiations, document collection, references, and joining coordination.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Work with business teams to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharma sales positions, especially MR/PSR and managerial-level roles.
• Drive high-volume hiring of 25-30 MR/PSR positions per month.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, WhatsApp groups, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, qualification, location, CTC, notice period, and pharma sales background.
• Coordinate interviews with AM/RM/ZM/Business Heads and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer release and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Handle candidate negotiations, follow-ups, document collection, reference checks, and joining coordination.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.

Required Skills:
