Adientone is seeking a recruitment professional in India (Uttar Pradesh, Sector 10) to develop job postings, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate processes across the hiring cycle. The role emphasizes building talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience, with night shifts and a focus on English proficiency.

• Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Conduct phone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
• Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Salary: Base Salary + Food + Cab + Incentives
