Job summary

Paytm is seeking a Training Executive + Team Leader to manage a team of recruiters and drive the entire Recruitment → Onboarding → Training journey. The role emphasizes AI-enabled content creation, digital training development, and scalable training delivery across classroom and virtual formats.

The ideal candidate will lead the onboarding-to-training process, coordinate cross-team efforts, and design engaging training modules, videos, posters, and job aids while continuously improving delivery

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Strong team leadership experience in managing recruiters/trainers.
• Hands-on training/facilitation experience of at least 3 years.
• Ability to create training content using AI tools (scripts, modules, assessments).
• Hands-on experience in creating and editing training/instructional videos.
• Ability to design professional presentations, infographics, posters and training collateral.

Key Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Team Leadership Skills – Experience in managing and guiding a team of recruiters/trainers.
• Training Delivery Experience – Minimum 3 years of hands-on training/facilitation experience.
• AI Content Creator – Ability to use AI tools to develop training modules, scripts, assessments, and learning content.
• Digital Video Creator – Hands‑on experience in creating and editing training/instructional videos.
• Graphic Designer – Ability to create professional presentations, infographics, posters, and other training collateral.

Preferred AI & Digital Tools

• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Google Flow, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Synthesia, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or equivalent tools will be an advantage.

Portfolio

• Portfolio/Samples of AI-generated training content, videos, and graphic designs will be preferred.
