Job summary

Concentrix in India seeks an AI & E-Learning Trainer to build and deliver AI capabilities across the organization, focusing on practical business use cases with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role targets Operations, WFM, HR, TTQ, and related functions.

You will design role-based learning journeys, lead hands-on training sessions, and partner with leaders to close capability gaps, driving adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI, GenAI, Digital Learning, or Corporate Training roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 applications, Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into real business use cases and function-level solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide learning programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with business and leadership teams.
• Understanding of data analytics, automation, and AI-driven productivity solutions across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Track and own learning effectiveness metrics including adoption, proficiency, certifications, usage, and business application outcomes. Stay updated with emerging AI, GenAI, Automation, and Digital trends to continuously enhance learning programs and employee experience.

Job role:

Drive AI, GenAI, and Digital capability building across the organization by enabling leaders and teams to maximize productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes through effective adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role will focus on practical, business-centric use cases, workflow automation, data analytics, and function-level transformation across Operations, WFM, HR, TTQ, and other business functions.
