Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a skilled AI & E-Learning Corporate Trainer in Gurgaon to design, deliver, and scale practical AI-enabled learning programs. You will lead adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to boost productivity and enable leaders and teams.

You will build role-based learning journeys, deliver hands-on training, measure learning effectiveness, and partner with HR and operations to drive AI-driven transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI, GenAI, Digital Learning, or Corporate Training roles.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business use cases.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide learning programs and workshops.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, GenAI, Copilot, and Digital Capability programs to accelerate workforce readiness and business impact.
• Design and deliver hands-on training on Copilot, Copilot Studio, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Develop role-based learning journeys aligned to leadership, business, and function requirements.
• Demonstrate practical use cases to improve speed, quality, accuracy, and productivity across workflows.
• Enable business functions to automate processes, enhance reporting, and leverage AI-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, Business Leaders, and Technology teams to identify capability gaps and deploy learning interventions.
• Track learning effectiveness metrics such as adoption, proficiency, certifications, and usage.
• Stay current with AI, GenAI, Automation, and Digital trends to enhance programs.

Job role:

Drive AI, GenAI, and Digital capability building across the organization by enabling leaders and teams to maximize productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes through effective adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role will focus on practical, business-centric use cases, workflow automation, data analytics, and function-level transformation across Operations, WFM, HR, TTQ, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI, GenAI, Copilot, and Digital Capability programs to accelerate workforce readiness, adoption, and business impact.
• Design and deliver hands-on training programs on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related productivity tools.
• Develop role-based learning journeys aligned to leadership, business, and functional capability requirements.
• Demonstrate practical use cases that improve speed, quality, accuracy, and productivity across day-to-day workflows.
• Enable business functions (Operations, WFM, HR, TTQ, etc.) to automate processes, enhance reporting, and leverage AI-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Business Leaders, HR, and Technology teams to identify capability gaps and deploy targeted learning interventions.
• Drive adoption of automation, workflow optimization, data analytics, and AI-powered solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Track and own learning effectiveness metrics including adoption, proficiency, certifications, usage, and business application outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging AI, GenAI, Automation, and Digital trends to continuously enhance learning programs and employee experience.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

• Proven experience in AI, GenAI, Digital Learning, or Corporate Training roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 applications, Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), and workflow automation.
