Bosch Global Software Technologies Pvt Ltd in Sanand, Ahmedabad, is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, hydraulic and industrial automation roles. You will source, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews and manage offers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication in English and the local language, and the ability to handle multiple niche hiring assignments

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements and role fitment.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage communications and drive timely closures.
• Manage offer discussions and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Hydraulic and Industrial Automation roles.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and position specifications.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Handle niche and specialized technical hiring requirements.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements, experience and role fitment.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage candidate communication and drive timely closures.
• Manage offer discussions and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-8 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Relevant experience in Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial hiring.
• Exposure to Hydraulics and/or Industrial Automation recruitment would be preferred.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for niche roles.

Mandatory / Must-Have Skills

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring for Engineering / Manufacturing / technical positions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening capabilities.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment requirements and follow through until closure.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Recruitment exposure in Hydraulics, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing or related Engineering domains.
• Experience hiring niche technical profiles.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals and professional networking platforms.

• This is a contractual recruitment position based at Sanand, Ahmedabad.
