Job summary

Genuine Mantra is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions in a consultancy setup. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, screen and shortlist according to JD requirements, and conduct candidate calls and initial interviews.

The ideal candidate will be target-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience using Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.
