Job summary

Talent Toppers in Noida is seeking an Automotive Recruitment Specialist to source and screen candidates for IT, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Non-Tech roles in the automobile domain. You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to joining and coordinate interview scheduling with clients.

Based in Noida, this domestic hiring role operates on day shifts (9 am–6 pm). The position requires experience across OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV startups, and automotive engineering

Qualifications

• 6 months to 5 years of hiring experience in Automobile / Automotive / EV / Manufacturing/ Plant sector.
• Experience hiring across IT / Technology / R&D / Non-Tech / Supply Chain & Operations roles within the automobile domain.
• Exposure to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV startups, or automotive engineering services firms.
• Strong candidate management & stakeholder handling skills from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ability to understand diverse automotive roles across functions (Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, Corporate functions, etc.)
• Good market intelligence on automotive talent landscape
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, automotive networks, and referrals
• Screen and assess candidates across IT, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Non-Tech roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining
• Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless scheduling with clients
• Maintain strong follow-ups and manage candidate pipelines effectively
• Handle job postings and employer branding across platforms
• Build talent pipelines for both niche and volume roles in the automobile sector
• Mentor junior recruiters (for Senior Associate role)
