Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Associate in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 4 years of experience in multi-faceted hiring roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The role demands excellent communication, analytical skills, and good market knowledge. A BE/BTECH/MCA/MBA or equivalent degree is required. This is a full-time role with day shifts from 9 am to 6 pm based in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh.
