Job summary

Frontline Salesmart in Mumbai is seeking a recruitment professional to handle end-to-end hiring for Telecallers, Telesales Executives, Team Leaders, and Managers. You will manage bulk hiring through portals, social media, referrals and other sourcing channels.

Responsibilities include screening candidates, coordinating telephonic interviews, ensuring timely closure, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, with follow-ups through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk hiring for sales roles such as Telecalling, Telesales, BFSI, DSA, or Sales.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience: 6 months to 1.5 Years
