Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Mumbai.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and collaborating with hiring managers to match qualified candidates to specific job positions.

Additionally, the Recruiter will provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in candidate sourcing, including job posting, resume screening, and utilizing recruitment platforms.
• Strong interviewing and evaluation skills to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with clients and hiring managers.
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to adapt strategies for diverse roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role is highly advantageous.
