Role Description

The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings, building talent pipelines, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The Recruiter will also support onboarding activities, provide regular hiring reports, and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and manage applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
