Job summary

Weekday 1 is seeking a junior recruitment professional to own end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates in Mumbai, partnering directly with founders and CXOs. You will source top talent through LinkedIn and creative strategies, screen and evaluate candidates, and build strong pipelines to ensure an excellent candidate experience from first call to offer closure.

You will work on mid-to-senior level roles across growth, marketing, ecommerce, operations and more, with high ownership and growth

• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand business needs, not just job descriptions
• Hustle mindset with structured execution
