Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) is seeking a junior Recruiter in Mumbai to own end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates and partner directly with founders, CXOs and hiring managers.

You will source top talent via LinkedIn and networking, screen and build pipelines, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and work on mid-to-senior roles across growth, marketing, ecommerce, and operations. A laptop and stable Wi‑Fi are required.

• Graduate.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand business needs, not just job descriptions.
• Hustle mindset with structured execution.
