Job Purpose

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Kumar Automobiles, with a primary focus on hiring candidates for various automobile and automotive-related positions across Sales, Service, Workshop, Spare Parts, Customer Relationship, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for automobile dealership and workshop positions.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, employee references, social media, local networks, and recruitment agencies.
• Identify and recruit experienced candidates from the automobile/automotive industry.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews with the concerned department heads.
• Maintain a strong database of candidates, particularly from the automobile sector.
• Recruit Sales Executives, Service Advisors, Technicians, Workshop Staff, Spare Parts Staff, CREs, Back Office Executives, Managers, and other automotive professionals.
• Coordinate salary discussions, selection, documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports to management.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring automobile-sector positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within the required timeline.
• Conduct reference/background verification of selected candidates wherever required.
• Support employee onboarding and ensure smooth joining of new employees.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the automobile/automotive dealership sector.
• Strong knowledge of automobile-sector manpower requirements.
• Good understanding of recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source and attract experienced automotive professionals.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment portals, and HR-related systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets within timelines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior HR recruitment experience in Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Bajaj, TVS, Hero, Honda, or other automobile dealerships/workshops will be preferred.
